Intereses Hipotecarios en el 2014 / Mortgage Rates for 2014


"With the close of 2013 will also come a major transition in the housing finance industry," said Frank Nothaft, Freddie Mac's chief economist and vice president. "For the first time since 2000, we're going to see the mortgage market dominated by purchase activity as the refinance share drops below 50%."
"And with mortgage rates rising, we're also going to see the home sales gains as well as the impressive house price growth begin to moderate to more sustainable levels," he added.
U.S. economic growth is projected to increase 2.5% to 3.0%, which is 0.5 percentage points higher than the initial 2013 estimate.
Meanwhile, Freddie Mac expects interest rates to steadily rise throughout 2014, with the 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage ending the year near 5%.

" Con el termino del 2013, le acompana una transicion mayor para la industria de Bienes Raices Residencial" dijo Frank Nothaft, Economista en Jefe y Vice Presidente de Freddie Mac.
"Por primera vez desde el 2000, estaremos observando un mercado dominado por actividad de compra,mientras que los refinanciamientos representaran menos de un 50%."
" Y con las tasas de interes incrementando, veremos ganancia en las ventas, asi como el impresionante incremento de precios iniciara de un nivel moderado a niveles mas sustentables." Anadio.
El crecimiento Economico en EEUU se proyecta que incremente de 2.5% a 3.0%, lo cual  es 0.5% mas alto que el estimado inicial del 2013.
Mientras tanto, Freddie Mac espera que las tasas de interes aumenten constantemente durante el 2015, con la hipoteca de interes fijo a 30 anios terminando cerca del 5%.
